Reiki healing is available in person and via distant reiki.

When treatments are in person, the recipient usually lies down on a massage table, remaining fully clothed, and the practitioner places their hands gently on the body while they work with Reiki energy.

In a distant reiki healing, the practitioner will be in contact throughout the session via phone, while the recipient lies down in meditation.
